You can create a new Report Builder to generate Reports.
In the left-hand pane, click My Report Builders or All Report Builders.
On the toolbar, choose.
In the New Report Builder window, type the Report Builder's Name and Description.
From the Based on drop-down menu, choose either Existing Report Builder or a New Standard Report Builder.
Select a Report Builder on which to base the new one and click OK to display the Report Builder Properties window.
If you want to ensure that the Report Builder runs immediately after you have set all the required properties, tick the box at the bottom of the Report Builder Properties window.
Choose the Settings tab to set the Report Period and one or more Report Targets. See Related Topics for more information on setting these essential properties.
Also on the Settings page, if required, you can add or exclude Report Sections.
Choose the Schedule tab if you want to create a schedule for running the Report Builder
Choose the Sharing tab if you want to select security groups of users in order to enable them to view any Reports generated by this Report Builder.
Click OK to add the new Report Builder to My Report Builders. If you have selected the option to run the Report Builder immediately, click Yes to confirm.

If you have
not created a schedule for your new Report Builder and you want it to
generate a Report immediately, you must select it on the My Reports Builders
page and from the toolbar choose .
